Czech style lager that is noted for it's hop notes and light malt character. Our version is brewed with German Pilsner, Wheat and Munich malts and then is heavily hopped with hallertau hops. This beer will also be served unfiltered in "Keller" or cellar style.

Sampled at the Capital Ale House VA Beer Festival in 2009 and rated now from notes I found in an old rating book. Pours a clear straw color with a thin head. Fair head retention and lacing. Aroma of sweet malts with faint corn notes. The taste is bitter grassy hops and peach-like fruit notes. Medium bodied,
