Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours clear amber with a medium sized off-white head. Average head retention. Aroma of toffee, bread and a plum finish. The taste is toasted malts, stone fruits, caramel, bitter hops. Medium bodied, low carbonation and quite flavorful. Nice.
