Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a very dark brown color with a large creamy brown head. Good head retention. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, vanilla. Sweet overall. The taste is bitter roasted malts, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, hoppy finish. Sweet throughout. Medium bodied.
