English mild ale malts were the main building block for Crazy Bet. Several different caramel malts were used, adding additional sweetness and a deep ruby color. Numerous hop additions throughout the boil of Columbus, Mount Hood, and Nugget combine to add both a balanced bitterness and intense aromas. Additionally dry-hopped in the fermentor with more Columbus and Nugget, Crazy Bet Imperial Amber is sweet upfront and bitter in the end. Just like her namesake. We think she’d like it.

Caramel and some tin. Maroon pour without much head. A little caramel but stays mostly bitter and rusty. Some booze in finish and a hint of oak. Tap at brewery.

Bomber. Pours a clear copper-red color with a large tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of toasted malts, nutty notes, herbal hops, mild stone fruits and caramel. The taste is nutty notes, citrus, toasted caramel malts, bitter hop finish. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness. Solid beer.
