bottle. clear yellow, no head. fresh apple aroma, some fruit peely bitterness, and the alc is also makings its presence, which i actually don’t think is a plus. flavor is quite bitter, fruit peel, faint apple, very dry, very bitter, the apple flavor is quite clean, but the bitterness is front and center. Interesting brew, i’d call this an extreme cider, due to the very dry and very bitter flavor profile.

Bottled. A golden cider. The aroma has notes of fresh apples, and sugar. The flavor is tart with notes of apples, vinegar, and wood, leading to a tart finish. Very refreshing.

500ml bottle from Hereford Cider Museum. What a great cider this is! God bless you Sheppys. This has a wondrously crisp tannic bite with a beautiful fruitiness that smacks you in the chops with a powerfully complete cider taste, and a dry finish that leaves you begging for more. Awesome stuff.

Bottle@Papsø - clear yellow/gold pour with almost no head. Aroma and taste is apples with a nice crispness, slight acidity, nuance of woodyness in the background, nice sweet/dry balance, slight booze in the finish. Lovely stuff.

500ml bottle. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, wood. Crisp, apple flavour, sourish with apple skin & vanilla. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry plus some tartness & tannin in the finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Voldby. Pours clear Golden with a collapsing head. Fresh Apples. Juicy. Red apples and mild wood. Crisp and tasty. Straight forwarded , perhaps simple but really tasty.
