Hearty and satisfying, our Coffee Stout is the ultimate full-bodied brew. Wisconsin water, roasted malts and American hops are the natural ingredients we use to brew this bier. Then cold pressed organic coffee from Just Coffee Co-op is infused into the brew.
Expect this bier to pour a deep creamy head over an ebony rich body. Notice the powerful malt bouquet balanced by a spectrum of extravagant flavor. Served at room temperature this Wisconsin Coffee Stout is guaranteed to warm even the coldest heart

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours black with minimal head. Aroma of coffee and dark chocolate. Taste is lightly bitter. Coffee dominates with hints of dark chocolate in the finish. Full bodied with a thinner than expected texture. Lively carbonation and a very long finish. Overall, not bad. I would drink it again.

12 oz. bottle, bonus'd to me by ekoerper (thanks Ed), pours black with a small, foamy, dull beige head. Aroma is very mellow, with drip coffee being the only real discernible note. Flavour is likewise quite mellow, with notes of coffee upfront, a touch of roast and a bit of chocolate to end out the palate. Medium-bodied, with pretty subtle flavours, but pretty impressive for being sub-5%. Solid, albeit unspectacular stout.

This one has been on my wants list forever big thanks to phisigben for the opportunity. Pours a solid black with a creamy white head that slowly recedes to a cap and leaves spotty lace on the way down. Smells of coffee, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, and a hint of lactose. Taste is mildly roasty with a coffee edge. Chocolate caramel vanilla a hint of smoke all play supporting roles. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet sugary mouthfeel. Nice easy drinking stout that Iβm glad I got to try. Maybe not work the three years I waited for it, but good just the same.

Refrigerated bottle compliments of cbfobes poured into a shaker. Pours black with large dark brown highlights and large beige head. Medium lacing, light body, and slightly sticky texture. Taste is roasted malt, some coffee and smooth slightly bitter finish. Pretty good stout, but not the best I have had.
