Hubert? I’ve heard of him. A friend of a friend knows him. Apparently he’s awesome, but we’ve never met. Well. It’s about time you did. Most you connoisseurs would just call him an IPA, but we call him an MPA. The Melvin Pale Ale. A welcomed hand shake to your taste buds. Light, crisp, fresh and a little bitty bitter. Lets just say he won’t be that jerk that leaves you at the bar at 2am. He’s low in alcohol. What a nice guy… that Hubert.

Tight white head sat on an effervescent, hazy, dark lemon coloured body. Big fruity aroma of tropical fruits, peach, sweet citrus & Haribos. Medium bodied, creamy to the fore with a prickly back & a cloying aft. Juicy hoppy tastes of tropical fruits, peach & mango.

Can from Brewdog Soho. Hazy orange/gold pour with a white head. Sweet citrus, corn, apricot aroma. Flavours of tangerine, orange, pineapple, crisp citrus fruit action. Tasty stuff.

Keg at Brewdog, Doghouse, Merchant City, Glasgow, Sunday 11th February 2018 in the company of Nick and Anna. Quite a tropical hop nose. Juicy in the mouth, a bit sweet but it's a good beer, really tasty. Like this. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

At a tasting, thanks, small stable bubbly head, hazy orange color, shrubby onion aroma with some lemon, flavor of a bit over ripe fruits and lemon with a light to medium shrubby bitterness. Nice and enjoyable.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Thanks zvsn. Slightly hazy yellow-golden. Great hoppy aroma, fruity, tropical, citric, piney. Flavor has light malt sweetness, and nice fruity and piney hops bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Can from Bottle Baron. Hazy golden body with sediment flecks floating beneath a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of pine, lime pith and mint. Flavour of bitter hops and bay leaf. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Hoppy and refreshing.

355ml can. Pours orange with a slight haze, small white head. Aroma is fruity, citrus, orange peel, grapefruit, floral. Taste is the same, lots of citrus fruit, grapefruit, moderate bitterness. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel, average carb. Great pale ale.
