Draft. An unclear dark red beer with a lazing dark brown beer. The aroma brettanomyces, a roasted malt, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, malt, over ripe fruits, yeast, and a bit of roasted malt, leading to a bitter and slightly tart finish.

On tap. Pours dark brown with a tint of red and a creamy beige head. Tart aroma - somewhat lactic? - overripe fruits. Full-bodied, nice interplay between sweet and tart, plenty of fruit, a little roast, a whiff of licorice while the beer finishes as it starts: tart. Quite an interesting hybrid, a luckily not that Belgian in style. 190611
