New England Bucket List Trip #216. Keg at the brewery. Pours a hazy pale straw with a large creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of grainy, doughy malt, grassy hops, mild apple notes. The taste is snappy herbal, grassy and floral hops. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness, well balanced.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a slightly hazy golden color with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was strongly tart and almost chalky with lemon, and perfumey notes. The flavor was tangy, nutty, bready and had a moderately strong citric and perfumey hop presence. The finish was long tart citrus and perfume. Light to medium body. Well done.
