New England Bucket List Trip #215. Keg at the brewery. Pours a clear golden with a thin frothy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of biscuit malt, floral hops and a sweet finish. The taste is pale doughy malt, floral hops. Medium bodied, well balanced.

Sampled on draft at Zeno’s in State College PA this beer poured a medium golden color with a large foamy white head that lingered and produced some lacing. The aroma was dryish malts with light fruity hops and spice. The flavor was dry, bitter and somewhat tart with a moderate chewy bready element, light crisp fruity hops and a touch of banana. The finish was long, dry and bready. Medium body. Nice.
