A true British-style Ale, this beer exhibits toasty and dark chocolate flavors along with a light hop profile. We use traditional British malt and hops with our house ale yeast to produce this version of a robust porter that features a pleasant, chocolatey aroma, and toasty flavor notes in an all-around well balanced porter.

Easy drinking average porter. Pours black without the good creamy head and lacing some of their lesser beers have. But and some roast with a tinge of caramel. Light bittersweet finish. Tap at brewpub.

Northeast Bucket List Trip Beer #26. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark copper with a thin fizzy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, lactose, caramel. The taste is chocolate. roasted malts, dark fruits. Thin-medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.
