Keg at the brewery. Clear dark orange brown, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, caramel, vanilla, toasted malts, graham crackers, dark fruits, mild booze. The taste is toffee, anise, dark fruits, chocolate, vanilla, earthy and citrus hops. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mild lingering bitterness, mild heat.

Draft at Ocelot. Dark ruby brown with beige head. Aromas of caramel, dark fruit, light berries and syrup. Tastes of caramel, toast, dark fruit. Medium body with a dry finish.
