Draft at Ocelot. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, floral, light spice, citrus fruit and peel, light funk. Tastes of herbs, floral notes, citrus fruit and zest, funk. Medium body with a dry finish. Solid saison.

On draft at the Crooked Run brewery it is a cloudy light apple juice color with an off white head. Fruity nose. The aroma is grapefruit the taste is a strong bitter citrus flavor that finishes with white grapefruit

Keg at the VA Craft Brewers Festival. Hazy orange, thin frothy head. Aroma of dry pithy grapefruit, pale malt. The taste is strong grapefruit, zest, bready malt, thyme, herbal notes. Medium bodied.
