Our Oktoberfest is brewed with Pilsner, Munich, Vienna, several specialty malts, and German noble hops. This beer offers a distinct malt complexity with toasted, biscuit notes, and a well-balanced bitterness. When poured, the beer is a beautiful amber color with a creamy off-white head.

Warm brown pour. Very thin foam around the rim. Dry flavor with crisp malt flavor. A little sour in the finish. Reminds me of Fall and October...dry leaves and autumn feel. Medium bodied and medium carbonation.

Can: Dried leaves, caramel nose, but subtle. Hazy tea, medium yellow head, little retention. Dried leaves, caramel accents, hints of smoke and tree bark, fairly dry. Subtle lemongrass notes detected. Light to medium body, easy carbonation. Rustic and full of nuance.
