Our Saison pours a beautiful copper color accompanied by an ivory rocky head. Predominate aromas are fruity in nature including; pear, green apple, citrus fruits and bubble gum. The flavors are balanced by a mild spiciness and moderate hop bitterness. The overall impression is a refreshing beer that is great for spring.

Keg at McGrady’s. Clear amber, thin fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, caramel, bready malts, yeast. The taste is toffee, apples, caramel, yeast. Medium bodied, mild lingering spice. Decent beer, but not much like a saison.
