Can: Buttery pine, leather nose. Cola brown, thick tan head, good lacing. Tar, leather, pine, char. Medium body, soft carbonation. Probably a little diacetyl, but fairly true to style and interesting malt bill.

Can from Wine Warehouse. Pours dark with an inch of tan head. Taste is tropical fruit, sweet coffee, citrus peel, vanilla. Damn, this is good.

Keg at the brewery, 5/17/15. Clear dark amber, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of tropical, citrus hops, roasted malt. The taste is roasted malt, tropical, piney and resin hops. Medium bodied, moderate lingering bitterness.
