A robust ale that is traditionally brewed in the winter months to be served throughout the summer. Our Saison features pilsner malt belended with malted wheat, and a blend of two unique yeasts. It undergoes a vigorous and traditional fermentation that leaves little sugars behind, making this beer dry to the bone!

Keg at the brewpub, 5/5/15. Hazy orange, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, herbal hops, nutty notes. The taste is stone fruits, bready malt, spice, yeast. Thin bodied, high carbonation.
