Keg at the brewery, 4/25/15. Hazy straw color with a thin creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of doughy, bready malt, anise, spice, cherries, mild lactic sourness. The taste is grassy, spicy hops, cherries, anise, spice. Medium bodied, lingering lactic sourness.
