Apple, mild plastic funk aroma. Hazy yellow, still. Sweet apple, hints of molasses. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Very sweet but tolerable.

Crystal clear pour. Aroma and tastes of fresh green apples. Crisp and dry finish. Quite refreshing and tasty.

Keg at Beer Run, 4/16/15. Clear golden, thin fizzy tan head. Aroma of dry apples, honey, tannins, hints of hay. The taste is tart and sweet apples, apple jam, baked apples, tannins, mild brown sugar. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering tartness.
