Minnesota Trip Beer #3. Keg at the brewpub, 5/7/16. Clear pale golden, thin off-white head, decent retention. Aroma of grassy, herbal hops, mild bready malt. The taste is snappy lemon, grassy hops pale malt. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw and hay with a touch of grass and grain. Flavor has a really crisp straw and grass note with some hay and light grain.
