4 oz pour on draft at Pizzeria Paradiso Dupont. Pale yellow with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, citrus, light spice. Tastes of herbs, light spice, light citrus. Light body with a dry finish.

Nitro at Sedona Charlottesville. Hazy orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of wheat, citrus, spice, floral notes. The taste is bubblegum, wheat, spice, citrus. Thin bodied, lingering spice.

Coriander and lemon zest nose. Clear golden, firm thick creamy head. Coriander throughout; lemon zest initially. Finishes malty. Medium body, creamy, soft carbonation. Standard witbier flavor and aroma, lovely texture.
