Three Notch’d has brought together the best local ingredients to perfect this copper colored ale that captures the greatness of fall treats in a bottle. The aroma is full of vanilla graham cracker, apple, and cinnamon. Many of the same aromas show up in the flavor profile along with some spicy ginger.
Designed by our Harrisonburg Brewmaster, Mary Morgan, and brewed in collaboration with Piedmont Council for the Arts, this festive autumn beer is brewed with local barley from Copper Fox Distillery in Sperryville, local hops from Misty Trail Hopyards in Waynesboro and fresh, local apple cider from Carter Mountain Apple Orchards in Charlottesville.

LSAT Freedom Trip #98. Bomber from the brewery. Clear copper, thin fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of vanilla, apple, toasted malt, cinnamon. The taste is ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, apple, toasted malt. Medium bodied, low carbonation.
