Tap at the sour House. Black. Kicked the keg. Aroma is amazing. Bourbon, vanilla, chocolate. Flavor is dark chocolate, milk, cream, vanilla, earth, cherry? Outstanding.

LSAT Freedom Trip #97. Bomber from the brewery. Dark brown, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of coffee and roast, mild whiskey and wood. The taste is chocolate, roast, vanilla, wood, bourbon. Medium bodied, well balanced, exceptionally drinkable.

22 oz bottle poured into a snifter. Black with 1.5 fingers of light tan head. Aromas of big roasted coffee, caramel, toasted oak, light bourbon. Tastes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, some bourbon, toasty notes. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Pretty good but light on the barrel character.
