Tap at brewery. Pours golden. Aroma is sour apple, lemon, barnyard, hay, grass. Flavor is quite tart, with hints if apple, bitter apricot skin, lemon zest.

Keg at the brewery. Hazy amber, thin fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of oak, funk, lemon. The taste is lemon, apricot, papaya, funk, white grape, mild oak. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness, well balanced.
