Brewed as a traditional “West Coast” style IPA, our house IPA is light in color and brewed with 100% locally grown and malted barley and wheat. The star of this beer is certainly the hops, and we use Centennial and a touch of Simcoe as our flavor and aroma hops. Our English ale house yeast leaves a slightly sweet finish to balance the bitterness from the hops and make this a very drinkable IPA.

Grapefruit juice flavor with citrus zest palate. Grapefruit, wheat bread, and malt notes. Delicious and balanced brew

Keg at the brewery, 12/21/16. Slightly hazy yellow, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of lemony hops and pale malt. The taste is toffee malt, earth, lemon. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

Draft: Mild marigold nose. Clear golden, thin head. Honey, bubblegum. Honeycomb finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Sweet, and more like an ESB than IPA.
