Sample/flight pour at Black Heath. Batch 4, bottled March 2016. Listed as Gin Barrel Aged Muse. Clear golden orange. Aromas of honey, malt, caramel, oak, gin. Tastes of gin, honey, light apples. Light body with a dry finish.

Bottled sample at the meadery, 8/5/16. Clear golden, moderate legs. Aroma of honey, oaks, hints of juniper. The taste is honey, oaks, gin, raisin, vanilla. Medium bodied, mild booze.
