In collaboration with our favorite ‘breakfast for dinner’ place on the downtown mall, Brookville Restaurant. We create the perfect breakfast beer that’s great for any time of the day. This tangy, juicy pale ale is brewed with grapefruit zest, complimented by the grapefruit/citrus profile of Amarillo hops. The citrus flavors are supported by a barley malt and wheat base adding a slightly hearty mouthfeel to it.

Keg at the brewery, 5/19/16. Hazy orange, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of wheat, biscuity malt, grapefruit zest. The taste is dry wheat and grapefruit. Medium bodied, simple, well balanced.
