Minnesota Beer Trip #211. Keg at the brewery, 5/13/16. Clear dark amber, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of caramel, rice, berry-like fruits. The taste is caramel, tart berries, rice, nuts. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a orange with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma is mild with notes of earthy grain, straw and a bit of Belgian yeast. Flavor combines straw, rice and grain with a hint of Belgian yeast.
