Minnesota Beer Trip #204. Keg at the brewery, 5/13/16. Clear pale golden, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of piney, citrus hops and grapefruit. The taste is citrus, tropical hops and pale malt. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy light earthy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma is earthy grapefruit forward supported by light grain, a touch of onion and juicy citrus. Flavor starts with bitter grapefruit and bitter citrus but mellow to let a touch of onion and sweet grains through.
