Minnesota Trip Beer #132. Nitro at the brewpub, 5/10/16. Clear dark red, creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, caramel, mild smoke and stone fruit. The taste is caramel, smoke, toffee, earth, cherries. Medium bodied.
