A hazy red-golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruits and phenols. The flavor is very sweet with notes of phenol, and fruit, leading to a dry phenolic finish.

Hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Perfumed aroma of herbs (bog myrtle), tropical fruits and flowers. Sweet and rather cloying herbal flavour. The herbs and the sweetness makes it pretty hard to drink a full glass

4th June 2010 - Bottle opened at Brasserie 4:20. Cloudy red amber beer. Short lived suddy off white head. Light dry palate. Crisp light fruit and a little bubblegum and pepper. Herbel tea and cardamon and lavender notes (well spotted Rob!). A very interesting beer. The Italians are not scared to experiment and their beers are all the more interesting and better for it!

ambrata buona schiuma piuttosto persistente note speziate medicinale erba in in bocca ritorna una grossa quantità di erbe e spezia la rende quasi medicinale un po squilibrata ma buona intenzione
