Minnesota Trip Beer #53. Keg at the brewery, 5/8/16. Hazy golden, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of fresh peppers and pale malt. The taste matches. Medium bodied, mild lingering heat.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a combination of sweet grains and spicy to hot peppers. Flavor begins with sweet grains but is quickly overtaken by spicy peppers which grow in heat through the finish.
