Nitro at Tipsy Cow Madison. Clear golden, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, tea, citrus, spice. Taste is strong horchata, cream, citrus, mango. Medium bodied. Decent but more than a sample could be a bit tiresome.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear gold with an amber hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a Horchata aroma with a sweet rice, light sweet grains and a bit of flora underlying. Flavor is like Horchata with sweet rice, almond and notes of flora and cookie supporting.
