Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear dark amber with a brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has bread and grains with a hint of light chocolate. Flavor has a nice bread note with grains and a light sweetness supporting.

Keg at the brewery. Clear dark amber, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, earth, grain. Taste is caramel, toffee, piney hops. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness, well balanced.
