Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of Nelson Sauvin hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of of hops, as well as medium notes of spices and malt, leading to a very hoppy finish.

Medium offwhite head. Hazy amber body. Intense tropical fruit and grapes aroma with herbal white wine notes. Dry-sweet taste of mango, peach and innumerable other tropical fruits with peppery white wine notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish-sweet peppery peach and mango aftertaste with grapes and cinnamon notes. Absolutely outstanding. (0.1l draft at DBF’11, where it was called Trippel Sauvin.)

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Hazy orange colour with a small head. Aroma is tropical fruit juice in both the aroma and flavour. Rather pleasantly brewed Nelson Sauvin beer. Some mild alcohol is also showing.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours clear copper with a small off white head. Petroleum, berries - hops. Very smooth. A bit yeasty. Sweet and cloying flavor with hints of bubblegum.

Tap @ Fairbar. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of fruit, caramel, sugar, light spices. Taste is rather sweet fruity with peach, grapes, caramel, sugar, grapefruit or pine like hops. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Rather sweet, but nice tasty beer. 010611

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Citrusy and grapes. Bitter and mild citrusy. Thick malty and dense wine grapes fruity. Bitter and slight citrusy. Lingering fruity and mild grape fruity finish. Smooth.

clear amber, smooth white head. sweet aroma, belgian hops, nice aroma. flavor is sweet, honey, yellow fruity, hop bitterness.

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Light amber colour. MOderate malty and hoppy aroma. Nice fruity ester-notes. Light sweet and light bitter flavor. Long really nice finish. Creamy palate

On tap. Pours a clear golden with a tiny off-white head. Spicy hoppy nose - distinctly Nelson Sauvin - atop a bed of sugar. Solid body, low carbonation, very, very sugary with some Belgian yeast. Warming alcohol finish. Way out of balance. 270511
