On tap at Ølfestival 2011. A clear, dark amber beer with a minimal beige head. Lots of citrus and pine on the nose, sweetish and lightly alcoholic. Sweet and lightly roasted, sugary and caramel-ish with tropical fruits. Full-bodied and warming, light sticky on the palate. Bitter, sweet and fruity finish. An intense, sweet and tasteful beer, not your everyday tripel, but I’d like to drink more of this anyway. 110527

On tap at KØ-2011. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is sugar, yeast, malt, hop. Flavour is sugar, alcohol, hop, belgian yeast, malt, pineapple. Nice beer.

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity hoppy spicy peachy aroma. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty hoppy peachy flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy hoppy finish.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Hazy amber, no head. Fruity pineapple aroma. Sweet and fruity, full bodied with cane sugar and lots of poineapple. Intense and warming, spicy hop bitter finish.

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, flowers, moderate yeasty, overriped sweet berry, yeast, overripped fruit - berries. Flavour is heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet fruity berry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic.
