Bottle. Clear pale golden, thin fizzy white head that fades quickly. Aroma of dry apples,a bit of apple sweetness and vanilla, earth, resin. Taste is grapefruit and resin with a dry apple finish. Medium bodied, juicy (duh), lingering bitterness.
