Baldface Ale is a citrus pale ale with a lighter malt backbone. You get hit with a burst of citrus on the nose. Enjoy this pale ale's very light caramel and bread flavors as you drink, followed by a fruity citrus brought on by the Cascade and Simcoe hops. Baldface is a complex and balanced pale ale.

I'm hesitant to try Stable Craft again. Dammit hershiser2! Murky orange with floating particles.Aroma of orange and caramel. The taste is pale malt, toast, citrus. Medium bodied, moderate carb, flaccid, not well balanced. Meh.

Mild tea nose. Hazy bronze, medium head, good lace. Tea, malt, honeycomb cereal. Medium body, easy carbonation. Solid session beer.

Tap at Sedona. Pours gold with a small offwhite head. Aroma is citrus, pine. Flavor is very resin, slightly floral, with notes of grapefruit peel. Pine, too much resin.
