Light body, subtle malt, juicy hop flavor and aroma. Hazy golden color. Pils, Pearl, CaraFoam, Cara8 and malts with torrefied wheat. Simcoe, Cascade, Amarillo, Zythos, Calypso, Lemondrop, Motueka, and Galaxy hops. Barbarian ale yeast.

Keg at the brewpub. Clear amber, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of pine, lemon peel, pale malt. Taste is lemon, tropical fruit, pale malt. Medium bodied. Not very New England.

Tap at south street. Pours orange with a soft beige head. Nice citrusy aroma, pine, caramel. Flavor is burnt pine, caramel, dish sponge, citrus peel, orange juice, floral hops, lemon zest, alcohol. Lots of flavors in this one. First sip I wasn’t thrilled but it gets better as I go on. Quite good.
