Keg at Draft Taproom. Hazy yellow, thin fizzy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of sweet apple, honey, apple skins, mild pepper and citrus. Taste is tart apples, spice, apple skins, mild hops. Medium bodied.

Bottle sample at Wild Hare as part of the tasting flight. Clear bright pale yellow. Aromas of syrup, apples, grapefruit peel. Tastes of apples, champagne, grapefruit. Light body with a dry finish.
