Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Keg at the brewery, 5/27/19. Clear gold, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of straight up green olives (weird) and some pepper. Taste is pale malt, vinegar, pepper, dry stone fruits. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.
