Invernomuto è una Farmhouse Ale in edizione limitata ottenuta mediante l’assemblaggio della brett ale Piè Veloce Brux con la Vieille Saison Nessun Dorma.
Prende il suo nome da uno dei personaggi principali di Neuromante, romanzo dell’autore William Gibson e manifesto del genere cyberpunk. Un viaggio nel tempo suggestivo, visionario e futuribile, caratteristiche che sentiamo di avere in grembo anche al nostro progetto.
L’affinamento di questa farmhouse ale – dai 5 agli 8 mesi a seconda di quando le due anime del blend raggiungono l’armonia desiderata – avviene in tini selezionati di volta in volta all’interno della nostra cantina (originariamente all’interno di un unico tonneau che in passato ospitava vino Nebbiolo).

6 3 7 3 13 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of tart light fruits, herbs, citrus and yeast. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bxlbeerfest. Pours yellow. Aroma is fruity, lemony, bretty. Flavor is sour, fruits, lemons, apricots. Finish is sour and sweet. Overall: good.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is light herbal. Mild citrusy. Sweet, fruity. Slight sweet. Mild citrusy. Lingering sweet and slight citrusy finish.

Tap at BXL festival. Hazy light straw with big fluffy white head. Lots of sour grainy notes, lemon, white wine, sweaty Brett, grassy and light flowers. The sweat gets more strong after a few sips. Medium sour and under medium bitter. Under medium bodied with a bit fizzy carbonation.

Aus der Flasche im LagerLager Berlin 2017-08 getrunken. In diesen Blend spielen die beiden Biere beide ihre Stärken aus. Durch das Nessun Dorma kommt eine leichte Säure mit Citrusaromen dazu. Und durch das Piè Veloce Brux zeigt der Amerikanische Hopfen mit seinen leichten Graphefruitnote und Hopfenbitterkeit durch. Nicht schlecht.

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Misty yellowish pour, medium and persistent foam a bit creamy. Nose: notes of wild red fruit, fruity funky character, it smells like berries and yellow fruit. Mouth: frizzy carbo start, in the middle is watery and refreshing and ends sharp. I feel blackberries and apricot. Truly tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
