A variation on the traditional amber wheat beer of Germany, this beer uses locally grown sweetgrass provided by our own hop producer. Cinnamon and vanilla notes merge with the typical weizen yeast aromas of banana and close for a complex flavor profile.

Keg at the brewery. Hazy copper, large creamy tan head good retention. Aroma of wheat, clay, plastic. Taste is wheat, citrus. Medium bodied.

On tap at the brewery. This one's an oddball, and the bartender warned me before hand that it's an acquired taste. Flavor ends up being wet dog, burnt cinnamon, earth, dirty cheese. It's not bad, but it's weird.
