Tap at the tasting room. Thanks Drake! Pours gold. Aroma is very faint funk, apple. Flavor is tart apple, smooth, light earth, very very light Brett. They need to amp this up.

Keg at the downtown tasting room. Hazy pale gold. Aroma of tart dry apples, hints of Brett. Taste is pale earthy apples, hint of Brett. Medium bodied. Good but the brett is too delicate and needs time to develop.
