On tap at Beer Ditch, Malmö. (vintage 2011) Black with a small creamy tan head. Sweet with toffee, licorice, roasted malt and some light notes of vanilla. Smooth and "easy to drink". Soft carbonation. Nice.

Draught at Cafe Blicher Randers. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and hoppy nice aroma. Roasted and vanilla. Heavy bitter wonderfull powerfull flavor. Coffee roast and vanilla. Long great heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. A black one, with a small off-white to light beige head. Roasted aroma with a good coffee touch. The flavor is pretty much the same, roasted malts and coffee, and also some fruity, light resiny hops. Roasted kind bitterness, both initially and in the end. Dry, medium bodied. Overall, a bit one dimensional, but easy drinkable and hides the alcohol well. 110527

On tap at KØ-2011. Black colour with a tan head. Aroma is coffee, alcohol, malt, hop. Flavour is sweet, coffee, alcohol, malt, hop, chocolate, licorice. Nice beer.

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate and licorice aroma. Roasted malty chocolate and licorice flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate finish.

Black with a small tan head. Aroma of licorice and roasted malt. Sweetish roasted malt flavour with intense licorice character. A bit of an ashy finish

KØ11. Roasted aroma, a hint of ashtray. Black colour. Very small light brown head. Roasted flavour, hint of acid to balance. Not grainy.
