Named for the modest grey dresses popular with aspirational young women of the Belle Epoque, this bottle-conditioned ale celebrates simple elegance. We begin with our bright, rustic Saison and add Reason Beer's house blend of Brettanomyces prior to bottling. This beer can be enjoyed immediately but will continue to evolve over the course of a year or more. Store at room temperature to develop rich fruit aromas, including grilled pineapple, and subtle notes of earth, funk, and fresh-cut hay.

C&C 750 mL bottle shared by hershiser2. Hazy lemon-yellow, a bit orange. Aroma of brett, lemon. Taste is dry orange juice, lemon, bretty. Medium bodied, well balanced, delicate.
