Paper is the customary gift for a first anniversary. We are all for dabbing with tradition, but we prefer to celebrate with a bit of a modern twist. Aged for 10 months in French Oak, Gold Clocks commemorates a great year with notes of pineapple on the nose, hints of funkiness, and subtle warm spices on the finish. This beer features our house blend of Brettanomyces and is ready to drink now, or can be cellared for another anniversary of two. Time has its rewards

$15 (I think) bomber from the brewery, shared with Drake. Aroma is funk, hay, barrel, earth, grasses. Flavor is funk, earth, barrel, green and brown leaf, lemon zest, green leaf. Good, but I should have aged it for a bit for the flavors to really pop.
