From tap. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is spiced and roasted malt. Bitter, dark malty and roasted. Dark chocolate and smooth roasted malty finish. Ends dry and dark malty.

black , small smooth yellow head roasted malts, anise, spices. in the aroma. flavor is dark caramelly, almost ashy, roasted stuff, spices.

On tap. Pours a pitch black with a small and creamy beige head leaving quite some lacework. Sweet roasted nose with a little vanilla. Medium body, very soft mouthfeel. Sweet roast with the basil adding a subtle and pleasant spicy edge. A little licorice towards the end. Very nice indeed. 260511
