Seven malts, each richer than the one before, descending further and further from sight.
Here you'll find notes of cocoa and black coffee, carefully balanced with glints of piney, citrusy, and floral hop aroma. Inexorable is unshakably rich flavor with just a touch of clean, bright bitterness.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with pretty much no head. There are a handful of bubbles around the edges. Aroma is roasted malt, char, dark chocolate, light citrus, light pine. Flavor is chewy dark chocolate, orange peel, char, earth. Lots of char up front and some fruity lightness in the finish (though the char lingers, for sure). Served way too cold. Letting this one warm up a bit.
