Not really a brut IPA: the funk and sheer earthiness (aroma like a barn in heat or a cow field) is very farmhousey. It’s more like a biere de Champagne. Very surprising offering, my first from them. Instant fan. Can looks like a Harold Budd album, too.

Can - many thanks to Drake! Canned 2/29/20. Hazy gold with a large off-white head. Nose is champagne, light citrus peel nose. Flavor is white grape - somewhat champagne-like, light citrus notes including lemon zest. Not a ban of the style, but it's not bad.

Keg at the brewery, 1.15.20. Hazy orange large foamy white head good retention. Aroma of buttery malt, grape, piney hops. Taste is grape, tannins, grapefruit, lemon, pale malt. Medium bodied juicy low bitterness.
